We have reviewed the dispute and the seller’s provided Terms of Service. Although the TOS mentions a "No Refund" policy for a "patched method," this does not authorize the delivery of a service that is significantly different (3 profiles instead of 6) from what was originally advertised and purchased. The buyer is not obligated to accept a downgraded plan that fails to meet the initial agreement. Therefore, the buyer has the option to either continue with the current service or receive a partial refund corresponding to the remaining unused duration of the subscription. @PremiumZone must resolve this with the buyer or process the refund within 24 hours to avoid a permanent ban for an unresolved dispute.
