5.) How to Load the accounts from A to Z
6.) Basicly everything he needs to do this, the same way i do it.
Let me be clear. Everything i thaught him, i do day by day, and it works flawlessly. His main problem was the way its done, which he didnt like, then he started poking me from every POV, that he doesnt like this part, that part, etc, just to try to get a refund.

Loading an account means fraudulently topping up an account with money, one way or another. This can be CC, giftcards, transactions, scamming, etc. So my title used "LOAD PAYPAL ACCOUNTS" stands.
Its easy to say to go steal a million dollars from the bank, and sell the method then tell the buyer to go do it. This is not what i gave you, so stop the bullshit retard. I gave you a COMPREHENSIVE, very detailed guide. From what items to sell, at what prices, what pictures you will need, and how to post them, and even gave you Social engineering tips. I gave you my PERSONAL, PROVEN TO BE WORKING SETUP. I taught you (as a bonus might i add) how to make and farm paypal accounts, completing paypal seller verification, how to stay clean and not get traced between accounts, what bank account to use for instant withdrawals, and how to cashout without issues.
I did state cashout is possible within 48 hours - never did i say thats with fresh accounts.
