You “loading PayPal A to Z” is simply just stealing from other people and hoping the account isnt banned before you can scam other people. Hitting 10K following his method is near impossible as seller said he did 12K once while aging the PayPal for 8 years. This guide is heavily focused on the creation of the PayPal account rather than the loading part. I am seeking partial refund because like I stated seller gave me HIS personal providers for a service you can find literally anywhere. Let me be clear. Everything i thaught him, i do day by day, and it works flawlessly. His main problem was the way its done, which he didnt like, then he started poking me from every POV, that he doesnt like this part, that part, etc, just to try to get a refund.

What is "loading an account"?
Loading an account means fraudulently topping up an account with money, one way or another. This can be CC, giftcards, transactions, scamming, etc. So my title used "LOAD PAYPAL ACCOUNTS" stands.
Its easy to say to go steal a million dollars from the bank, and sell the method then tell the buyer to go do it. This is not what i gave you, so stop the bullshit retard. I gave you a COMPREHENSIVE, very detailed guide. From what items to sell, at what prices, what pictures you will need, and how to post them, and even gave you Social engineering tips. I gave you my PERSONAL, PROVEN TO BE WORKING SETUP. I taught you (as a bonus might i add) how to make and farm paypal accounts, completing paypal seller verification, how to stay clean and not get traced between accounts, what bank account to use for instant withdrawals, and how to cashout without issues.
I did state cashout is possible within 48 hours - never did i say thats with fresh accounts.
Mind you i never gave false promises or misleading information within my thread. When dumbass buyers misunderstood stuff, Lucas and beastmode always took care of them. Its not my problem that:

-It doesn't allign you morally
-you think its hard to do
-you think its overpriced.
