1. No you never completed the "refund" you got me replacements I was charged for.
2. You only asked for my email once I found out 2 weeks later.
3. You was never trying hard to do the 2nd dip because wayfair banned you from live chat due to the outstanding balance, all those days you were "trying" was you asking wayfair to speak to an agent and them giving you the same automated reply because you cant use live chat anymore.
If I never called you out how long was it gonna take you to finally ask for my email? two weeks ago you knew you needed it and never asked. In your "wayfair Instant WW" you clearly stated no rebills, so even if this did end up happening you are responsible.
