Yes I got the dip but like I said they were not free, first it was your worker was in the hospital so he couldn't complete it now its he was trying to call them? Again, the only way to contact wayfair is through email as calling them they will tell they cant do anything about it as its a separate team who handles this type of situation. I found out about this all in a day and it took you two weeks only because I had to check for myself, can you not see why I'm not happy about this.
The 2nd dip was impossible to do from the day it was delivered as the outstanding balance was there so what exactly were you trying?
Surely if you really want to help you will give me back the fee and I'll give u access to my mail so you can complete it properly, can even be done through MM to make it fair. Once complete I pay because right now I've paid you to reorder products for me at full price.
