Lol calling people newbies and u didn't even know your own method doesn't work, sure. It was impossible to work on the order from the day it was delivered because of the outstanding balance, why is that so hard for you to understand? You couldn't call or use live chat as its banned so you needed email access which you didn't ask for for two weeks until I had to bring it up, So stop with the whole trying bs. This refunding business clearly isn't for you, you said you could do replacement + refund but you didn't know they charge you for the replacements making the refund part impossible. You scammed me and your resolution is to carry on working with you?
