After reviewing the scam report thread and the Telegram screen recording provided to staff, we are issuing the following decision.
Findings
Service not delivered as described (Verified Wise Business).
The seller repeatedly maintains that the Wise Business account was “Verified/Approved.” However, the Telegram recording shows Wise screens and Wise Support correspondence indicating the account was still in verification / requiring additional business information, including mismatch/registry issues and requests for further documentation. This directly contradicts the claim that a fully verified Wise Business was delivered.
Extended delays and unresolved outcome.
The buyer paid months ago and continued chasing updates through January and into February with no verified, usable Wise Business delivered. Providing alternatives (e.g., different platforms/accounts) does not satisfy the original agreed deliverables unless explicitly accepted by the buyer.
Escrow release does not override misrepresentation / incomplete delivery.
While funds were released via middleman after the buyer believed everything was OK, the evidence supports that the deliverable was not actually verified at the time (or was presented as verified while still pending). Therefore, escrow release is not a defense against “not as described” delivery.
Resolution
The seller (@HackingRealm) must either deliver the agreed verified Wise Business account as originally described or refund $270 to the buyer at the refund address provided in the report within 48 hours.
