Amount scammed: $75 + 497€

Additional Information: Waited over a month now for CaShAlot to reprocess the refund after it got cancelled from amazon. Unfortunately, till today the refund is not processed, apparently because he lost the contact to his "insider". Now he refuses to refund me because apparently he already paid his insider. This is not my fault and I demand a full refund of the 75$ prepay + 497€ refund fee. In Crypto, not as "Service balance". Failed refunds can happen and It's no problem, but then refusing to refund the paid fee is a no go. Also want access to the account back and he has been banned on another forum.
