Additional Information: At the beginning, he sent me a very good sample of his data and told me it was “untouchable” so I could test the quality. Based on that sample, I decided to purchase access to his unique data cloud.
However, after I paid, the quality of the data he provided was completely different. The data he sent was very bad and appeared to be public. I was unable to make any profit using his data.
He also promised that if I made zero profit, he would extend my access by adding more days. When I informed him that I was not making any profit, he refused to honor this promise. Instead, he claimed that I did not reply to one of his messages four days ago, which he is now using as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility.
I feel misled because the sample he provided before payment was not representative of what I received after purchasing. I am requesting a refund due to false advertising and failure to deliver the promised quality of service.
