About profit warranty, yes, its true, I give it to all my customers what buy the unique cloud plan, but whithout proofs I dont will add extra days, the worth is nothing for me and my suppliers.
When I sended the last and BIG stock with all their requests, him just saw the message and didnt told me something, I thought all was good, but when passed 4 days, him wrote me saying what the logs are bad and want a refund, doesnt have sense.
Anyways I will did a refund, I dont will waste my time talking with this guy when I explained already all details about. Him just called me scammer whithout proofs and impossible to take 4 days for check all the files, also cant said what my data is bad just for dont hit exactly for what is looking, I just checked and did my work checking for all their targets/goals, but never told me what need hit exactly.
