Here is what actually happened:
• You received the upgrade successfully.
• The apps were working.
• You used the service.
• Then you intentionally left the team, which caused the downgrade.
• After that, you demanded a refund.
When an account leaves the team, it automatically gets downgraded. That is not something I manually trigger. If the team access is removed or left, the upgrade stops.
From my side, the upgrade was applied and fully functional. It was not “instantly broken.” It worked, and it was used.
The downgrade happened because you intentionally left the team. That is the actual sequence of events.
