I can clearly see nothing I say is being considered from my side, even after I explained that I already spent around $50 trying to maintain this order.
It’s honestly disappointing. Situations like this encourage leeching on forums. A newly made account purchases a service, uses it, and then pushes for a refund after issues that were already addressed. Anyone can see how easily this system can be abused.
I tried to fix it. I reinvested my own money after the mass ban. I offered replacement. I offered re-upgrade. None of that is being acknowledged.
But since the final decision is already made and I don’t want further action on my account, I will comply.
