Additional Information:

He's offering to sell MFAs. For $4, I offered to pay part in BTC and part in USDT. After paying the BTC portion, he refuses to deliver the corresponding part. He says that I paid his supplier, not him, and that he needs the rest to deliver to me. I told him to return the money, but he refuses, saying his supplier is waiting for the rest. In the meantime, I will have no money and my accounts.

I told him that I have 147 MFAs and then he told me that he wants to buy 30 of them ( he didn't even mention that he is going to pay partially, also he didn't provide screenshots of this conversation: https://imgur.com/aIFDcDt ), after that he called me idiot, scammer, went to all kinds of chats and called me a scammer ( https://imgur.com/a/gYG1iOt ). He also threatened me saying that I will meet consequences. Problem is that I created buy order with my supplier for those 30 accounts and that @[b]BlackoutCloud [/b]paid only for 9 of them is really not my problem, while saying he wanted to pay for 30 of them, so sending money for only 9 of them is his nonsense imo.

 First of all, he claimed that he had 147 MFAs available, but later it became clear that the accounts were actually from his supplier, not directly from him. That already raises doubts about the reliability of his offer.
 
I agreed to buy 30 accounts, but since this market is full of scammers, I decided to make a partial payment first (BTC), and the rest later (USDT) after receiving part of the accounts.
 
I paid $36 in BTC, which corresponds to 9 accounts at $4 each. After receiving the payment, he refused to deliver even those 9 accounts, saying that the money went to his supplier and that he would only deliver after the full payment.
 
This makes no sense from a buyer’s perspective. I paid for part of the order and expected to receive the corresponding accounts. Instead, he kept the money and demanded the rest before delivering anything.
 
If the staff/admin prefers, I am willing to send the remaining payment to a trusted middleman or directly to staff to ensure the transaction is safe. I'm not going to trust this guy with the rest of the payment.
 
At this point:
 
I paid $36
I received nothing
He refuses to refund the money
He refuses to deliver the accounts for the amount already paid
I believe this clearly shows bad faith on his side.
