Additional Information: After payment he told me that i need to pay 15€ extra for phone number access. Also he only said that after I paid him idk why it didnt come into his mind to let me know before I paid for the account. It all didnt make sense at all because at the end he just said "i will just change it to your phone number" but before he kept saying that it has risks etc. And also he said that he is waiting for wise to verify the account whenever I asked and now he suddenly is telling me that he is waiting on someone else. I geniuenly don't understand. Yesterday he said that he is gonna deliver it 100% he didnt. He is just wasting time.
