Additional Information: deal was to trade 15 eur steam wallet in exchange for crypto, i sent him wallet codes and later asked him if he knows anyone selling Cursor AI accounts, to which he said that he can get me Cursor AI Ultra 1 year for $50 ($65 but agreed on $50 since he hasnt paid crypto for steam wallet codes yet). You can see in chat export that he said 5 hours ETA, when I replied to him for update (after 10 hours) - he said now ETA 1 hour, from that moment until now he hasn't responded even after me asking multiple times for update.
Didn't want to open dispute so early but I believe I was transparent enough by going first that least I can get is an update, he was consistenly online (per tg last seen) without responding.
