ViewsOGU is held liable for this loss. The outdated Telegram link in his own sales thread was the direct cause of the incident. Since the transaction would not have occurred without that misleading information, ViewsOGU must choose one of the following within 72 hours:

1. Deliver the PayPal account as listed in his sales thread, as compensation for the loss incurred.
2. Compensate M0RPH3USS for the full amount of $120.

ViewsOGU must also update the contact information in all active sales threads immediately or they will be removed.
