no and he has not sent me anything, we agreed that i am not paying first, I was not aware of 1-2 days review time, even though my partner paid half of agreed amount while i was offline.
If we agree on you going first and then you say it requires 2 days for completion how is that "you going first?"
I have not received anything, I am not paying anything, and if i won't receive I demand 40$ refund from you on the other hand.
