Additional Information: yet another poor scammer finessing pennies, been acting shady throughout the whole deal with lack of responses since I did the KYC for him.
He now refuses the pay the remaining 25$ once KYC is completed.
He is literally just as broke as the other scammer I reported.
I got full proof of him previously being banned on cracked and so on and has now returned.
Probably do a IP check on him.
