First, regarding the “Openups”: those were sold with a 24-hour warranty. The buyer contacted me after that warranty period had already passed, so I cannot replace or refund those. The terms were clear, and I am not responsible for issues reported outside the agreed warranty window.
Second, regarding the LTC: the buyer claims he accidentally sent around $700 instead of the agreed $13. I did not receive that payment into my wallet, and the address he sent it to was not a wallet I control or currently have access to. It is not my responsibility if the buyer sent the wrong amount to the wrong address. I did not ask him to send $700, and the agreed price was $13. A mistake in the amount or destination is not something I can fix if the funds were not sent to a wallet under my control.
Third, regarding the Adobe accounts: I have made and sold over 300 accounts without this issue affecting everyone. The accounts that get banned are usually the ones being abused by users, for example by logging in and using them from multiple devices at the same time or sharing access in a way that triggers Adobe’s security/license checks. I cannot control what each buyer or their clients do after delivery. If the accounts were used improperly or flagged because of client behavior, that is not the same as me selling non-working products.
The buyer is trying to combine several separate issues and blame me for everything: expired-warranty products, an alleged wrong LTC transfer, and Adobe accounts that may have been abused after delivery. I do not agree with the scam accusation.
My position is:

My position is:
- The Openups were outside the 24-hour warranty.
- The LTC was not sent to a wallet I control, and the buyer is responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address.
- The Adobe accounts were delivered, and bans caused by user abuse or suspicious usage are not automatically my responsibility.
