Hello,
I’ll respond point by point.
First, regarding the Openups: the buyer already confirmed this is not part of the refund request. They were sold with a 24-hour warranty, and he contacted me after that period. I understand he is unhappy with them, but that part was outside the agreed warranty.
Second, regarding the LTC: the agreed price for the Adobe account was $13, not 13 LTC. The buyer accidentally sent a much larger amount than agreed. I did not ask for that amount, and it was never part of the deal.
The address issue is the main dispute here. The address was an old saved wallet/address, not the correct payment address I intended to use for this transaction. When I realized it was the wrong address, I deleted it so it would not be used again. I understand why that looks bad from his side, but my intention was not to hide evidence. He already has screenshots, timestamps, and the transaction link, so staff can still review everything.
I have not refused to cooperate. My position is that the buyer made a mistake by sending 13 LTC instead of $13, and this should be judged based on the full screenshots and blockchain proof. If staff wants any specific proof or explanation from my side, I will provide it.
Third, regarding Adobe: I did not ignore the issue. The buyer sent affected accounts, and I provided replacements through Enterprise/Team invites. I understand he says this is not the exact original format he purchased, but I provided this because it is currently more stable and costs me more than the prepaid method. From the customer side, they only need to select/switch the renewed profile/invite when it refreshes. It is not meant to be a worse replacement.
The buyer himself has stated that the Adobe issue was “somewhat” resolved. If staff believes more needs to be done for the Adobe part, I’m willing to review that separately, account by account.
So to summarize my position:
