@PhoenixStore was found guilty on both counts.

On the LTC issue: on May 5 at 13:11 UTC, 13 LTC ($725.27) was received by his address (TX: fbefa06b78e6550831fa6682010a285640eaba35dd328d9c15148c23c508064d, 99+ confirmations). When confronted two days later, he had already deleted the message containing the address. He then admitted sending it but called it a "wrong address" from an old wallet he no longer had access to, offering a free account as compensation. His story then shifted to the address having been pulled from an old Telegram saved message. After that he claimed he had created 15+ Trust wallets each with randomly generated passwords and couldn't recover any of them. Finally, when the complainant shared the Blockchair link, he accused them of faking screenshots and called everything photoshopped. On May 23 at 09:08 UTC, 18 days after receiving the funds and while actively claiming he had no wallet access, he withdrew the full 13 LTC ($675.87) from that same address (TX: 7e35ccf93d1abe8c62ec2a8ba640a94eaa310e89aa29e3bc1f331e6ee181d4b3, 99+ confirmations). The outgoing transaction directly contradicts every version of his defense.

Regarding the Adobe accounts: The seller explicitly offered warranty and described the product as "prepaid, legal, no fraud." Four accounts were banned by Adobe, confirmed by Adobe support as purchased from an unauthorized reseller. The selles's own admission that his personal unused account was also banned in the same wave directly disproves his "client abuse / 2-device" excuse. The replacement offered (enterprise invite) was a different product than what was sold and does not constitute a valid resolution.

Note that the Openups issue ($350 USD) is excluded from this decision as the buyer agreed to the expired 24-hour warranty.

Therefore, @PhoenixStore is ordered to issue a full refund of 13 LTC + 3 adobe accounts $39 USD (equivalent in LTC) to @228kary. Since the cost of one Adobe account is already included in the 13 LTC, I’m excluding that.

@PhoenixStore You are given exactly 24 hours from the time of this post to contact @228kary, obtain their refund address, complete the refund, and post the transaction ID in this thread.
