After reviewing all provided evidence including the conversation screenshots and payment proof, I am closing this report in favor of @Froggerini.
@Dubai marketed this as a technical KYC bypass method, explicitly claiming no emulators or devices per account were needed, and that it could bypass any bank or exchanger. What was actually delivered was nothing close to that. The "method" consists of finding junkies or homeless people on the street to perform KYC on your behalf, or joining Telegram groups and paying $50 for someone to do it. This is not a bypass method. This is common knowledge anyone could think of for free.
The delivered content does not match what was advertised and contains no proprietary or valuable information. It is nothing more than a compilation of publicly available ideas presented as a paid product. Continuing to sell this on Patched would lead to the same outcome and the same disputes.
