PureDrop delivered the reseller access instantly after payment, the dashboard was live, the reseller pricing was active, and the buyer's own screenshots confirm all of that. So a full refund is off the table, you cannot call something fake that was actually delivered.

The pre-sale chat shows the buyer asked if ZOPA custom name accounts are possible, got a yes, and paid $1000 without asking the price of the one product he says he joined for. He admits this himself in his own evidence. The seller's yes was about availability, and availability was real, they came back with an actual quote instead of refusing the order. The market price claims in this thread are just that, claims, no competitor screenshots were ever posted to back them. If you spend $1000 on one specific product and never ask its price first, part of this outcome is on you.
That said, the seller does not walk away clean either. The exclusive group he presented as a personal exception for the buyer is the same public link his own support bot auto sends to everyone, and it sits in his own signature. Calling that exclusive is misleading, plain and simple. His pre-sale confirmations were scripted common replies, by his own admission, on a $1000 sale. The Unbelievable Prices and Forbidden Sale Tactics lines from his sales thread were never once backed up when he was asked directly. And the buyer consumed literally nothing, zero orders, zero balance, confirmed by both sides. His no refund TOS was shown at purchase, that part is true, but a TOS protects a seller from change of mind, not from overselling a package.
So here is the decision. PureDrop refunds $500 of the $1000 within 48 hours, sent only to an address the buyer posts in this thread from his main account. The buyer keeps access to the reseller plan and dashboard, nothing gets revoked. A full refund is denied because the access was delivered, and the seller keeping the full amount is denied because the package was oversold and never used.
Two more things. @PureDrop clean up the reseller section of your sales thread so it reflects what buyers actually get, a 30-60% discount on your own shop prices, nothing more, consider this a warning on advertising practices.
Once the payment is confirmed this thread is closed and marked as solved.
