Additional Information: The order was placed on 02/07/2026 for a French Wise and PayPal account. The seller first provided me with a Wise account, but it was registered in Cameroon (Africa). He also made a mistake in the number he transferred to me. Then, the seller created a second Wise account, this time registered in Kenya (Africa), but the problem was that he could not create a PayPal account with the same identity. We therefore agreed that the seller would create a European Wise and PayPal account, outside of France, for me on 23/07/2026. Since that date, I have received no further response from him, despite several follow-ups from my side.
