OP paid $35 in USDT ERC20 on 08-12 and the accused confirmed the order in that same conversation. The listing sells a premium upgrade on the buyer's own account. What OP received was login credentials to an account belonging to someone else, with an instruction to run a VPN set to India, and that account then returned the E114 region error for him. He asked for a refund on 08-13, was handed a second set of credentials, and got no reply to his 08-21 messages. The rebuttal is rejected: those screenshots were taken on a different phone three weeks after the sale, the day after this report was opened, and show that account carrying five unrelated profiles. Selling a personal upgrade and delivering shared credentials to a third party account is misrepresentation on its own, whether or not the account works.

Stop delivering shared account credentials under a listing that advertises an upgrade on the buyer's own account, and fix the listing to match what you actually sell.
