OP paid 1.0845 LTC, about $59.30, on 21 May to top up his balance and sent you the transaction link and payment ID on Telegram the same day. The next morning you replied "it's been processed, please check your balance". The order was placed off that balance on 22 May and the order ID given in this thread is the same one from that conversation. For the next two months you answered with "will check" and "i'm working on it", and on 6 July you wrote "i'm trying to push it through for the last time if it still wont come through i will issue a refund". Nothing was delivered and no refund followed.
OP's Telegram was confirmed privately by staff and he forwarded the original messages, your replies included, straight from that conversation. It is not the account that has been asking you in DM for a refund to a new address. Your order panel showing no record follows the backend migration your own channel announced this month, and that payment went in as a balance replenishment, which your panel tracks separately from orders. Store credit or a replacement does not settle a four month non-delivery you already promised in writing to refund.
