Our policy:
Or spend them in our own chatbot. Your tokens work through AI King's own chat as well as through your own client, so you can start using them without setting anything up.
You can view the product description before purchasing. Essentially, we are officially selling a product normally valued at $200 for $35. Although the token limit currently appears to be 50,000, this figure reflects our system's specific token allocation; in reality, these 50,000 tokens are drawn via API from the underlying ChatGPT service. Taking these factors into account, there is a set daily request allowance and limits based on the project's scale. We have clearly stated in the description that we are not sourcing the product from the original site but are operating our own system. Furthermore, we continue to provide information and support to users via our Telegram bot system. I feel that, despite our explanations, the user has not fully grasped the situation. We have been informing our users for about a week that we intend to increase the token limits. We are currently working on boosting the token capacity by a factor of 2 to 4 to further enhance the quality of the product we provide. The upcoming update will establish limits that ensure user satisfaction. While not strictly mandatory, we decided to implement this update specifically to keep our customers happy.
Our site's policy section clearly states that there are no refunds and that all details are fully explained in the description. If a user is dissatisfied, they are free to leave a low rating and request more. Whether or not we implement this update depends on our customer satisfaction policy; as I mentioned, we are already working on this.
I would also like to point out that we source the product from ChatGPT's API services and deliver the final product to the user via CLIs such as VS Code, following the proper usage guidelines. In other words, there is no issue with the product itself; we simply need to enhance our token configuration to ensure user satisfaction. This could perhaps be viewed as a matter of quality.
To provide a status update: our product has been sold dozens of times, and generally, no one has reported a token-related issue to us. While I cannot gauge the scale of the current user's project or the quality of their prompting technique, it is clear that something is going wrong though the issue lies on their end.
