OP paid $50 in BTC for a yearly CapCut Pro account. The billing page of the account that was delivered shows a Pro monthly plan with $9.99 due on 09/14. That is a monthly subscription, not the yearly term that was sold and paid for. CapCut sells a yearly plan as its own separate option, so the claim that these subscriptions do not show a full year does not hold, and auto-renewal being switched on does not turn a monthly plan into a yearly one. OP has not logged into the account and is entitled to his money back. Delivery was also around three days late and the answer to the refund request was to tell OP to shut up.
