Hi,

On my terms of service what are on my channel (channel what I send before continue with the deal so they can read all), I said what we just send refund in special cases.

I was having days trying have a conversation with this guy, offering a replacement again, because him just got one replacement if im not bad.

and then I got out and that why I delayed answering, I didnt refunded too because I dont got the money from my partner yet too.

So I can send the replacement today, and on my terms said all correctly, what if I dont have more stock, then im refunding, but I can replace it.
