I will not issue a refund for the experience this user had (which they deemed a "low-quality product"). You can verify the token consumption of the Astra model yourself. Consider that a product worth $200 was sold for $35, and we explicitly stated that this was not an official ChatGPT subscription. You made the purchase with full knowledge of this.
