The issue is that the token count refers to our site's own token allocation; the figure of 52,000 tokens is not a limit set by ChatGPT itself. We allow up to 30 requests per day. The user exhausted their limit quickly because they were using the Astra model. We are under no obligation to increase the limit; it is a matter of quality. Issuing a refund for this reason would not be fair. The Astra model was initially available, but we removed it from the dashboard and API due to technical issues a move on our part that was indeed unfair. However, we rectified the situation and restored the feature. We also intended to compensate the user by adding days to their subscription to make up for the lost time. I do not accept the request for a refund, nor do I consider it fair. It is not about the money; it is about reaching a fair resolution. If you decide to rule against me, feel free to ban me; I am truly confident that I am in the right. This is not my first sale. I will not issue a refund for the experience this user had (which they deemed a "low-quality product"). You can verify the token consumption of the Astra model yourself. Consider that a product worth $200 was sold for $35, and we explicitly stated that this was not an official ChatGPT subscription. You made the purchase with full knowledge of this. We have already compensated for the two days of service lost. As the administrator, I ask that you evaluate the outcome carefully. If you decide to rule against me despite the facts, you may ban me.
I have also tested this with 5.6 sol, which does not eat tokens this fast. Again compare it to the chatgpt pro subscription, even with astra on high it would at least work for an hour. This didnt even work for 5 minutes. These are differences you cant ignore and if you do it, it must be on purpose.
