Its not the latest version, v2023.07.03 is. Loot gifting and hextech loot opening dont work for me.

Gifting and change summoner name seems like server-sided now. Can't do anything about them for now but maybe in the future.

Gifting actually works in the current version, i just had proxies issue they were slow af to load shit. Please fix Hextech Loot opening feature its important.
