I took my time and read through the entire chat. I will not issue a refund as the individual keeps complaining despite my numerous explanations. I have clarified several times that the tool is functioning properly, and what is being referred to as an issue is merely a suggestion. The tool no longer skips as claimed, and on two separate occasions, the individual failed to provide evidence of the "issues." Additionally, I inquired about the issues twice and updated the tool promptly after being informed about the skip issue.

First Issues:

- All listed issues have been fixed.

CMS Issue:

- It was mentioned that the CMS detection issue cannot be fixed from him self, however, the skipping issue has been resolved.

Laravel Detection Issue:
- Upon reviewing the "Scanner" provided, it was found to lack a valid "Laravel" check.
- Source images provided: [Source Pic](https://imgur.com/64rB0rc), [Source Pic 2](https://imgur.com/FdPeU55).
- Confirmation was received regarding the functionality of the capture feature: [Confirmation Pic](https://imgur.com/t5DWAmB). The skip issue was later resolved.

Skip Issue:
- After making updates and fixing the skip issue, the following occurred: [Link](https://imgur.com/rhSJEaE).
- A manual visit to each site revealed that only one site was accessible while the rest were not, and the accessible site probably blocked the request (FastHTTP is being used).

Capture or Skip Issue:
- Multiple attempts were made to explain the absence of a parser for the specified format, clarifying that it's not a technical issue. It was suggested that the format might be added in the future when there's time, as it's a suggestion and not a requirement.
- Images provided for reference: [1](https://imgur.com/ai2t14F), [2](https://imgur.com/3Vfg6ba), [3](https://imgur.com/ffmYEdQ).

Communication Effort:
- After failing to get the point across, an attempt was made to simplify the explanation: [Image](https://imgur.com/pRCBTDz). However, the response was, "what's the issue?"
- Agreement was finally reached recognizing it as a suggestion and not an issue: [Agreement Pic](https://imgur.com/XFD1BWa).

Further Communications:
- Request for Issue 1: [Link](https://imgur.com/dafIiEd).
- Request for Issue 2: [Link](https://imgur.com/kXo7dZN)
