1-Year Netflix Subscription Scam – Requesting a Refund

 I purchased a 1-year Netflix subscription from this seller. The account only worked for 4–5 days before it stopped working. After I contacted them, they replaced the account, but the replacement had the same problem. I was unable to watch any movies.
I opened a support ticket, but they have ignored my messages and have not responded. Although I no longer have the payment screenshot because I paid with USDT through Discord, I do have the Verified Customer badge on their Discord server, which shows that I purchased from them. I also contacted them on the day of the purchase, and the message date is visible.
There are multiple complaints from other customers in their Discord server about the quality of their service. Based on my experience, the seller has failed to provide the service that was purchased or resolve the issue.
I am requesting a refund. If a full refund is not possible, I would like to receive a partial refund.

I don’t want a replacement I want a refund If a full refund is not possible then I want a half refund because replacement is not a good solution The same issue keeps happening again and again i hope patched.to solved my issue

The evidence supports the claim. The purchase is confirmed through a forum PM with Wellix, and the Discord ticket shows the account failed within days, with staff themselves noting it had probably only been active for 3 or 4 days. Support acknowledged the issue on June 20 and promised a replacement, then gave nothing but stalling for over two weeks, including a broken promise on July 1 to resolve things within 24 hours after asking the buyer to stay active.

Wellix failed to respond to this report within the required 24 hour window. Per forum policy, this results in an automatic ban. User has been banned. Sorry for your loss.
