I did not scam you, brother; you were the one who assumed I was scamming, and you blocked me later. You reported me on OGUSER.com, and I got banned there as well. I texted you so many times to settle things down, and you did not even reply to me. Also, I'm pretty sure we did not deal via this forum. Even after not even replying to me, you came again out of nowhere and opened report here again.

Correct, we did not make the deal on this forum. I do not remember exactly how our communication went, as this happened in 2024.

However, after I opened a scam report against you on OGUsers, you did not respond and were eventually banned. You also never submitted a ban appeal after you got banned, which suggests that you were not willing to resolve the issue.

alright went through everything here, both sides, all the screenshots

honestly this one is pretty clear cut. irohh paid ansem (who used to go by leocor on telegram) $400 back in 2023 for a whatsapp ban service and never got what he paid for. and i dont even have to take irohhs word for it because ansems own messages say it all. "i already have the 400 you gave me" back in february, then months of promises, and finally the message where he straight up admits he gave the money to someone else, got scammed himself, lost the rest on meme coins and cant refund. thats really all there is to it

you took the money, you didnt deliver, you didnt refund. the fact that you got burned by someone else after taking his money is your problem, not the buyers. you dont get to pass that loss onto him

the defenses dont hold up either. "he told me to keep the money" - come on, a guy giving up in frustration after waiting months doesnt erase the debt, that just means he accepted you werent gonna pay him back. "we didnt deal on this forum" - irrelevant, youre selling here right now and people deserve to know what happened last time. "i tried to settle" - you sent apologies and offered him NEW deals with a middleman instead of just paying him back, thats not settling lol

credit where its due, at least he stayed in contact and didnt fully ghost, and the story sounds more like a guy who was in over his head than a planned exit scam. but the result is the same for the buyer. 400 gone, no service, no refund, two years later

verdict: valid report, scam confirmed. ansem you have 48 hours from this post to refund the full $400 to irohh, proof of payment must be posted in this thread. if the full amount is not refunded within 48 hours you will be permanently banned from the forum, no further appeals

Brother, I did try to submit an appeal, but it was not letting me create another account; it clearly said, "Do not make another account." You never replied to me on Telegram. I was willing to fulfill the WhatsApp ban deal. I know eventually I'm going to be banned here as well as i don't have 400$ right now to refund you but i will say it again, i did not scam you if i did i would've blocked you right after taking the money, that "last seen long ago" seen in the screenshots its because i lost that account it was banned during telegram ban wave. Please reply to me on telegram brother i did not scam you.

I really wish i could refund the money right now but i don't have em, even if i get banned here i would still consider those 400$ as a debt as i did not scam him but as i don't have 400$ to refund now i'm offering to fulfil the deal within 48 hours @Irohh if wish to agree to this that would be really great of you but if you don't i'd still refund you whenever i have the money to refund you even if i get banned here.
