Additional Information: everything is shown on the video, only thing i want to add is this guy is deliberately not answering me while he is active on forum, typical scammer behavior, also he mentioned he is reselling from someone and he doesnt make the accounts himself, knowing this fact and since i dont have access to the account i cant check for bandwidth usage and it might aswell be resold multiple times and there is no way for me to know for sure that im the only person using them, hence why proxyscrape resi are sold as accounts not just ports the bandwidth is limited, add to that the fact that i cant choose the country and region of proxies and im stuck with whatever he configures which defeats the point of buying and using these residential proxies, if i wanted random resold proxies i have better options

firstly i replied to him on tg and second thing he didnt tell me he needs account he just said he needs proxies and i delivered them to him let the admins decide and on sales thread he had posted wtb proxyscrape proxies instead of accounts and idk what he is saying something about everyone buys proxyscrape accounts why should i care about other what they buy

you cant sell something with limited bandwidth that is not yours as ports, that leaves room for you to resell, how convenient, if it was your own service and you were selling resis of your own, sure you can sell the ports as its the normal behavior since they are yours and the customer can check their bandwidth, but you are reselling from someone that is again reselling from proxyscrape themselves, im supposed to believe you blindly? hell nah

in the end there is no reason for you not not send the account, other than for reselling reasons, what is your excuse here? i have bought these accounts before, nobody was "confused" about it as its a second hand service not something you host and maintain on your own, am i supposed to believe you about how much usage i have? dont you find that unreliable?

you deliberately ignored my messages and answered with delays until i made a report, its what scammers like you do, honest sellers are always responsive, you were down bad for that money and once you got it you went full ignore mode
