Additional Information:The user hired us for a full rebranding of their service, JOKER Refunds, on 16th April. The client set a deadline of one week. Within that time, our team delivered the postbit, logo and cover.
The remaining work, including the animated thread, emoji pack and emoji banner, took an additional six days to complete. which was the issue from worker's end.
Even after receiving the complete rebranding, the user is now refusing to make the payment. The admin, Beast, had already issued a refund and clearly told the user to remove all the graphics created by us. However, the user has neither taken down the designs nor made the payment and continues to delay the situation.

And i ask kindly to remove the rep he gave us because we don't scam anything here. He is the only who delay the delivery and now is making this cinema. Liar and a rude guy.

You're using the graphics sent by us since day 1, you accepted you don't have money to pay and when I told you him I'm going to open a scam report you said give me 3 hours I'll pay and then you blocked us by saying I'm not sending you a single cent. I've the messages of user claiming he loved the designs and after getting the whole set of rebranding the user refused to pay and scammed us. I'd like the admin to take a look. We trusted him and he scammed us.

The worker spent almost 2 weeks to design everything and now he's just scamming up, justified that he joined last month and he's not getting orders, LOL

You scammed the time spent by the worker, you scammed the efforts by the worker, you wasted our time by manipulating us/lying, It's like you did a refund for user and the user ran away by blocking you and claims what did I scam? nothing lol. you put efforts on refunding same as the worker has put efforts on doing the designs, if you weren't ready to pay why have you claimed you need 6 days, 2 days, 3 hours? senseless. You can't just let the worker finish and then after using the designs you block us and say I'll remove everything in 24 hours lol.

Another thing to address before @J0KER left the group he said, I'll not pay you I'll pay your worker because he deserves the money because "I WAS BEING RUDE" lol, and then blocks my worker as well, haha lol

Evidence confirms that @J0KER engaged in intentional deception and a direct defiance of forum authority. After the Middleman officially cancelled the deal and explicitly prohibited the use of the assets, @J0KER ignored these directives. He bypassed the cancellation by promising payment to the worker to secure the final delivery, only to block the provider and delete all chat history once the work was in his possession.

This is a clear case of premeditated theft. Attempting to "punish" a seller for a delay by seizing their labor without payment is not a defense; it is a scam. @J0KER was given multiple opportunities by the Middleman to either pay or delete the graphics, yet he chose to exploit the worker's efforts while evading his financial obligations. Deleting the assets only after a scam report is filed does not rectify the prior theft or the bad faith shown throughout this process.

@J0KER is required to pay @Lyphen the full amount of 250 USD within 24 hours. Failure to provide proof of payment will result in an permanent ban for scamming and ignoring Middleman directives.
