Additional Information: i ordered  through his website first time from him gemini pro and he gave me activation and it was fine. and then ordered gemini family where he says: You can also purchase a full account 15$ and invite 5 other people to your plan (6 in total with your account) 
i logged to the account he gave and it is a banned account.

he is ognoring for couple of days now, and just keep saying " i gave you the account already" then he disappears. i am asking for assistace from forum admin to receive refund.

Hello, I have sent the user what he paid for. The first time the account had an issue, that's my mistake, I was getting him another account but the customer said he wanted the activation link instead, which is cheaper. Was fine by me, I started the process to get him the activation but by the time it was ready he had changed his mind and didnt want anything anymore. At that point I was confused and it was already late, so i went to bed.
The next day he started threatening scam report. So I sent him a replacement for what he originally paid for, this was before he opened this scam report.

The account in the screenshot is functioning perfectly and has no errors like the ones stated by OP. Those were related to the older account which I offered to replace.

The account I sent him is exactly what is described he would get after purchasing.

he answered and it was resolved with him. thanks for the quick response from admin and seller.
