Short Description Of Product/Service:Refunding
Thread of sales:
Screenshots of conversation:
Amount scammed:$411+$700

Proof of payment:https://imgur.com/a/6LkIipR
(others were wiped in chats with Onemili stacks)

Additional Information:
at first i purchased onemilis mentorship for $411 and in return i got an invite link to the chat, i joined and used the info as usual. from the start when any of us in the chat asked onemili a question he instantly sent us all to @onemil1xStack for any assistance as seen here https://imgur.com/a/TSfbv8z . The mentorship included pretty much all dead methods for stores, which led a lot of us to failed orders and no guidance. Stacks also dmed all of us requesting money for an "investment" where we will receive 50% ROI with him, he said he was going to dropship high ticket items and refund the order. he requested close to $700 from just me [ss of payments https://imgur.com/a/NSYy7OB] (not including about 5-10 people from the mentorship). few months later onemili addressed the issue and blamed it on us and how we should have never trusted him [ss of reactions and his response to this https://imgur.com/a/PtLZuNn]  and how he will compensate us with 10% fees on orders (which we already got with mentorship) and also updated stores, ROD/ROS etc. later his appartment supposedly lights on fire and he loses all of his things, he later makes a new account, never answers any of our DM's and isnt even in our mentorship chat.

I would like to clarify several points regarding the claims that have been made.

First, the mentorship purchase provided access to the mentorship community, resources, and information that were available at the time of purchase. As with any educational program, results were never guaranteed, and individual outcomes varied depending on many factors outside of my control.

Regarding the individual known as "Stacks," he was present in the community and assisted members with questions. However, any private financial arrangements, investments, loans, profit-sharing agreements, or money transfers made directly between members and third parties were not managed, controlled, or guaranteed by me. I was not a party to those transactions and did not receive those funds.

At no point did I instruct members to send money to any individual for investment opportunities on my behalf. Any decision to participate in private deals or send funds was made between the individuals involved. While I understand that some members experienced losses and frustrations, I cannot accept responsibility for transactions that occurred outside the official mentorship purchase.

Concerning my inactivity, I have been dealing with significant personal and business matters that temporarily affected my availability. My absence was not intended to mislead anyone or avoid my responsibilities. I understand that communication could have been better, and I appreciate the patience of those who have remained supportive during this period.

I remain committed to addressing concerns fairly and professionally, but I respectfully disagree with claims that characterize the mentorship itself as a scam or that hold me responsible for private arrangements made between other individuals.

To the mentorship before I purchased it I was told “we provide you 1:1 support” and never received any support throughout the mentorship, as he sent us with someone known as stacks that was giving us false info, and once removed no one assisted us.
Also, it’s a bit weird how you also mention your mentorship as an investment as stacks mentioned earlier. Also in the mentorship you clearly say “priority support- one on one guidance whenever you need it”https://imgur.com/a/MEL5ET5

The situation with stacks was like if your worker assaulted you at there work place. You’re responsible for the people you bring under you and give your name too. And the fact that he mentioned nothing about the previous scam that was going on before was a bit suspicious, and having a worker who is addicted to drugs and gambling is a bit of a risk to bring under you. Whatever happens you are held responsible for

I understand there’s things going on in your life and you have to be inactive but you have to understand there’s people that paid u $400 for your time. And no matter what’s going on you have to live up to it. And it’s not like u take a day or two to answer. I haven’t received a response from you in about a month.

One more thing is how he mentioned his apartment went on fire and he lost his past account is a bit suspicious that all of a sudden today the watch nft in his username on telegram for the @onemil1x had been updated and is no longer there.

I have reviewed all the chat logs, transaction history, and admissions provided in this dispute.

Here are the facts established by the evidence:

- @JonDor paid @ONEMILI $411 for a refunding mentorship.
- Failure of Service & Inactivity: ONEMILI admits to his inactivity and lack of communication. Chat logs show that buyers did not receive the promised mentorship support and guidance, and were left without assistance. Since the mentorship service was not delivered and is currently inactive, the $411 mentorship fee must be refunded.
- Support Delegation: Chat records confirm that ONEMILI directed buyers seeking support to @onemil1xStack (Stacks), stating "hey bro text onemili stack" and "he will guide you."
- Partnership & Revenue Split: ONEMILI admitted in the chats that Stacks was his helper/support for the mentorship and received a 50% split of the mentorship entry fees.
- Financial Fraud: Transaction logs confirm @JonDor transferred a total of $675 (~$700) in Ethereum to Stacks' wallets for a promised investment scheme. Stacks utilized his official, trusted support position in the group to solicit these funds.
- Prior Notice & Negligence: ONEMILI admitted in the chats that he was previously notified about Stacks attempting to solicit $500 from a member under suspicious circumstances, but he failed to warn the group or remove Stacks from his support role.
- Destruction of Evidence: ONEMILI admitted in the chats to deleting his Telegram chat logs with Stacks.

As a seller on this forum, you are fully responsible for the actions of anyone you hire or vouch for as official staff/helpers in your group. By splitting the entry fees 50/50 and sending buyers to Stacks for support, you authorized him to represent your service. Furthermore, failing to provide the mentorship support and neglecting to warn members of a known risk in your staff constitutes a direct breach of seller guidelines.

Ruling:

ONEMILI is found fully liable for both the failure of his mentorship service and the actions of his support staff.

- ONEMILI must refund @JonDor a total of $1,111 USD ($411 mentorship fee + $700 scammed by his support).
- Deadline: 48 Hours from this post.

Failure to send the refund within 48 hours will result in a permanent ban for scamming.
