Reporting @rakkun for scamming

@Rakkun scammed me for 18$.
I bought his 3 Months 18 Discord Server boosts  over 3 days ago which were stated as instant delivery.
A few hours after purchase I messaged @Rakkun where he often said that he'd deliver the boosts
but he never did. Something that is also very very weird is that I opened a ticket on his discord 
server to ask about the delivery and they litterly just closed my ticket. Very rude.
