The core issue is your claim of “free documents / no need to buy them.”
For this dispute, “free” means $0 total cost to the buyer (no subscriptions, no platform fees such as ads/credits, no proxy/number/SMS costs, and no third-party payments required to obtain the promised documents).

Please provide screenshots from the exact material you delivered where it explicitly states that the documents can be obtained completely free of charge ($0). Staff could not locate a $0 guarantee in the delivered guides.

Additionally, if you claim there is a $0 path, specify which platform(s) it relies on and confirm whether any steps require paid ads/credits or paid phone/SMS services. Send me proofs in private @CheapBulk

The method teaches how to avoid paying $15 a piece for documents, but if buying a phone number for $0.5 is a problem (I never had anyone complained about that ) I have included 100% free sources.

Update on this. He just shared a guide with me for free documents. Still requires me to purchase a local phone number, since i tested his previously provided guide that wasnt free and managed to get a couple of ids, by using local phone number, for the targeted country, now he's saying that for it to be free i should just use email for the people that will try to contact me, which doesnt really sound like a local company offering a job... Furthermore i failed to use obtained docs for verification, because i'm asuming the verification part of his method doesnt work either.. also he shared outdated guide. He shared video of verification on paxful, now he says i can only pay someone to do it for me with their face and id and free documents wont work for that. When i asked which banks i can do with obtained free documents, he responded that he only offered guide how to get free id, not the verification. So whats the point of sharing a method to get free ids if they cant be used for the verification? I didnt want to look at them, i was purchasing a guide on how to use them. Still expecting the refund.

The client successfully got two IDs with my method.
Now he is complaining that the verification method isn't free, but the word 'free' is only associated with the document method, which was mentioned by the admin and was rectified by me.
I might be the only KYC method seller that runs an openup shop, I'm literally teaching the methods that allow me to run my successful shop for years, but the buyer just want to get it for free.

I specifically asked you how much ids used for verification cost. You told me its free. I used your paid-"free" method to get those two ids. Ids came out to 30 euro each and i cant even use them according to your given instructions, because your verification method for those ids doesnt work. You told me this yesterday via messages. And failed to share which apps ids would work with. Still feeling scammed and expecting a full refund. I should have been able to verify an app with free id after purchasing your method, which i can't do.
Maybe you want me to send you those obtained ids and you verify an app for me with them? Would proof your methods actually work and youre not selling a non working kyc guide?

Sorry for using a different account, somehow was logged out of last one and cant restore access so ill use this one to respond. You sent "free" alternative that requires after the scam report and it requires local phone number in order to have enough trust from ppl to share their ids. Also i told you via telegram messages that i cant use  the obtained ids for verification, and you said that they dont work for that method. So what sharing "free" method has to do with your verification method not working? I have to pay people to verify with their face and id and can't use the "free" ids (which did cost 30 euro each)to verify myself. So youre selling a non working method. You literally shared paxful verification method with me that should be done with "free" ids, but after that you said paxful doesnt work that way and the only way to pass the verification is to pay someone to do it with their face and id. Why are you selling outdated and not currently working information??

The product you described privately and delivered during the sale is not the same. You create different expectations, but what you deliver is incomplete or misrepresented. You wrote in the sales post that this isn't a simple obs method. However, in the method you delivered, you talk about obs verification and such. You say it's completely free but don't mention even small payments. You can't create false expectations for the buyer, deliver the product, and then blame the buyer for the problem.
 
Even if the method is incomplete or incorrectly described, it still contains information. Therefore, refund half of the amount the buyer paid within 24 hours and revise your sales post and the way you explain the method to customers who contact you before the sale. Do not describe it in a way that creates false expectations. @CheapBulk
