Scam report against @CleanSole

Deposited $24 (confirmed on blockchain) but bot showed $0. Support “manually” fixed it, but when I tried to buy a $21 card with $24 balance, bot said insufficient funds

Asked for refund or card he basically said we don’t do refunds, good luck.

End result: $24 gone, no card, just excuses. Screenshots attached.

Please review the chats, theres no disruptive behaviour. The seller keeps making excuses. Since his bot is not working I asked if he can process the order manually which he declined.
He later reached out to me and lied that the bot has been fixed, I tried again and it was still not working (metioned in the screenshot)
I asked for a refund and he denied. Its funny how he mentioned that I am a new user but he literally has 4 posts on his profile.

FYI the bot is still not working
Tried to buy a $14 and $13 card and it keeps on giving different errors.

Atp I’m not going to keep hearing lies from the seller and trying again. Either the seller can reach out to me directly with a working card of my balance or he can refund me.
I hope we can resolve this

The seller had done nothing to resolve this. Bot is still not working-not showing my balance.

I do not have any hope for a refund. Hopefully we can make sure more people doesnt fall into this. Thank you

The seller added it back after my post
I’m attaching the proof where funds showed 0 on September 10th.
Bot still doesnt let me purchase a card

At this point, the buyer has acknowledged that the $24 balance is visible in his account, but he continues to report that the balance cannot be used to complete any purchases through your bot.
If the funds are visible but unusable, then the issue remains unresolved. The responsibility is on you as the seller to ensure that the deposited balance can be used as intended.
