The seller had done nothing to resolve this. Bot is still not working-not showing my balance.

I do not have any hope for a refund. Hopefully we can make sure more people doesnt fall into this. Thank you

We will not be engaging in further discussions with this user. Here is proof showing that the user has a balance, as well as additional evidence confirming that our bot is functioning properly.

I’m attaching the proof where funds showed 0 on September 10th.
Bot still doesnt let me purchase a card
At this point i just want a refund

At this point, the buyer has acknowledged that the $24 balance is visible in his account, but he continues to report that the balance cannot be used to complete any purchases through your bot.
If the funds are visible but unusable, then the issue remains unresolved. The responsibility is on you as the seller to ensure that the deposited balance can be used as intended.

lmfaoo this guy is scamming. please look at this dispute for example: https://patched.sh/Thread-cleansole-scam-report
owes this guy $32 bucks and never paid up. he also scammed me and blocked me. Can you just ban him before he scams more people? like why are you guys dragging this along and letting him scam more money.

We have verified MULTI times that the bot is WORKING properly, with consistent activity, vouches, and stock updates daily. It’s clear that the buyer’s complaint is not due to any issue on our end hes just being annoying at this point. there is no issue on our end. We will not be issuing a refund under these circumstances because he still got money on his account in the bot. Please proceed with banning my account if needed as we dont have time for this
