Additional Information:
I paid $17.99 for Discord Nitro boosts on August 5th. At 11:39 he confirmed the payment/order, and later at 18:28 he told me “Will delivery soon”.
The next day, August 6th at 06:58, he asked me for my Discord server ID. At 10:33 I asked for a refund because it was taking too long. He asked why, and at 16:27 he said “I can do it now fastly just give us your server id”.

I ended up telling him I didn't need it anymore and asked for a refund.

August 17th at 14:12 I asked for the refund again.

August 22nd at 03:48 I asked him “When am i getting refund”.

August 23rd at 18:15 I followed up again and told him to either refund me or just boost the server.

August 25th I asked again if he was going to refund me or boost the server, and told him to sort it out by Friday because it was taking way too long. I sent him my Discord server ID and the email he asked for so he could supposedly process the refund. Still nothing.

On August 28th at 12:26 I messaged him again asking “Still not sorted?”. He didn't respond after that.

It's now September 8th. It's been 34 days since I paid and I still have received NOTHING. No boosts, no refund, nothing.
I've given him multiple chances and provided everything he asked for. He kept delaying it and asking for more information, but never actually delivered or refunded me.
