SCAM REPORT AGAINST @ClownBusiness : Kraken account 165 usd

Additional Information: I will try to explain this simple as I can with conversation screenshot (all conversation is available if an admin ask for it but there is sensible data so i can't send it here)

5 June i asked him for a Wise account to verify my paypal, everything worked fine, no problem for this account.
9 June I asked him an account where i can send money from paypal and buy crypto, so he told me he can make kraken custom name account (https://imgur.com/xfw40xm)
11 June i received the account, he told me to change details of the account so i changed email/password and added 2FA. After that i tried to link my paypal account and Kraken just block my account ( https://imgur.com/hbF8q4b )
After that, he contacted the kraken support and they told him it was because i changed the email twice (that's wrong, i did it only one time so someone lied) https://imgur.com/R9UtZzK
So he decided to do another kraken account (same name) and this time i tried to link my paypal but kraken blocked it because my paypal ID was linked to the first account banned so i tried to topup balance with Wise VCC but Kraken account was instant banned once again https://imgur.com/i6Yail1
After that he told me i need bybit so i trusted him, account was delivered fast but he created the account with Indonesian country on the identity   who don't support P2P exchanges and paypal/wise wasn't in the options when i tried to topup the account balance (at this time I understand he know nothing about what i asked him, he only want money).

So i asked him for a moonpay account and since this day, the circus has started he lied to me many times about when the account will be ready

So now i'm asking for a refund and nothing else, i'm tired to this guy who lies at every message since few days so I already paid someone else for another account.

This is not a scam this is a buyer trying to shift responsibility for his own platform and PayPal issues after using my services.
