refused to refund me for spotify upgrade (20$)

I asked before purchasing if it mattered that my spotify account had been recently kicked from a family plan, seller said no problem at all.

Sent BTC, waited 5 hours, eventually seller says could not fulfil upgrade as I was recently kicked from a family plan.

Requested refund, as I was provided misleading information, then got blocked, I dont know if there is a way to recover telegram chats or not.

No biggie, just annoying why seller couldnt just refund me, thanks.

Screenshots of conversation: (Screen shots of whole conversation, please remove any personal information or private messages, and send that to "STAFF" instead) : sent on telegram, was blocked and all chats deleted, dont know if these can be recovered, dont use TG that much.

Actually - upon further review of sellers "terms", Eva does not do refunds. 

Seller firstly should have known about the upgrade issue that I asked about prior to purchasing, and secondly should have just explained that they cant refund and offered something else or some other product.

I will now be pushing for a refund due to the fact I was blocked, along with the misinformation provided prior to purchase.

There is a very straightforward way to prove this, simply to unblock on telegram so the messages will reappear so I can add them to the thread.

Account that will need to unblock is @Eva_upgrades on telegram.

All I ask is this is not closed before they unblock me on TG, as all the proof is there of everything I have said this is the beginning.

The account that needs to unban me is @Eva_upgrades (this is this users confirmed TG, not an impersonator) & my TG is @guy681

Also - we can probably confirm with previous customers that the sellers BTC address matches the one I sent to. Happy to do this digging/research myself if needs be.
