Key points: Green (Volcan @Uolcan in tg) agreed to send 25k email lines using an SMTP server for $75 (SMTP cost $50, domain cost $25). Eagle Ham sent the payment, but Volcan delayed and eventually stopped responding, leading Eagle Ham to suspect a scam.

hello sir , well i told him that i will buy smtp account to start sending and i did and verified the inbox with the user and he confirmed it , and when i started to send the account turned to be not verified on the platform , so i reported to the user and told him i refund or fix he said all i want is to send-out i told him okay i am working to solve this , and been working with the support until the account got confirmed just 1 hour ago and i reported to the user that i am ready to send also i have made another account for him that i didn't get any money for it but it's not approved yet also so i didn't ask for anything , i have sent the user pm and waiting his replay , also we didn't agree on this 25k i have the full conversation archived if you want to look at it
