Additional Information: He said he had a mercury account with the credit card feature enabled. I make it clear thats what I needed and he said the account does so I pay. I check account and its not. Then he expects me to deposit money on the account and it should be enabled? Note: Its not gauranteed all accounts are eligible for credit. He refuses to replace account or refund because I already signed into apparently and its functional. I clearly stated I need a mercury account with the credit feature already enabled and didnt not get what I paid for

He doesn’t even realise what he’s buying. He sent me a screenshot showing an account with a credit card linked to it, but there’s also a balance there. Mercury doesn’t issue credit cards to just anyone – that’s their policy. This idiot wants to argue with Mercury – it’s their rule. Just add $100 to the account and you’ll get a credit card.

When I transferred the account via a file. The very first file contained the terms and conditions for using my service. It states: ‘If you have logged into the account and the company has recognised your device, you cannot cancel that account’ (if you have logged into the account, a refund is not available). He was aware of the terms of use for my service and is still trying to get back an account that meets all his requirements.

The second screenshot is mine. It’s just a standard account with a balance of $100. Without this balance, the credit card isn’t available. As soon as he adds $100 to the account, he’ll see the credit card.

Note: A credit card is issued to all accounts with a positive balance. Mercury does not issue credit cards to accounts with no balance (those with zero funds). At the moment, robyy is an idiot without a credit card (because he cannot grasp that the problem lies with him and the fact that his account has no balance). As soon as he adds funds to his account, he will receive a credit card.

Buyer clearly requested a Mercury account with the IO credit feature enabled. Before making any payment, buyer sent a screenshot of Mercury's credit card creation screen showing exactly what was needed and received explicit confirmation from the seller. The delivered account did not have this feature. The item was not as described.

I won’t refund money for a used account that fully meets all his requirements. I could lose $1,000, yet this penniless buyer can’t add $100 to the account? It doesn’t work like that.
