You have no idea how paypal accounts work, The account was VERIFIED! and in perfect condition at the time of the delivery, and you can't prove it wasn't!

OP has admitted himself, if you look back in the scam report, that after he tried to withdraw money from my own credit card, the limitation happened, not before that!
I re-verified it now, and the account is in perfect condition as of this moment!

So If I have to refund him, while he outlined not respected my guide and limited a verified account, then I re-verified his account, I still have to refund. The forum administration's judgement is completely off, and I don't wish to be on this platform anymore. 

I just wish that Nulled and Lucas were back, since he would not make me refund a client while his account is in perfect condition at the time being. End of debate.

Both parties' messages have been reviewed, and there is no indication of a scam.

@HeavenlyGod Replace with a new account as it has not been completed for 24 hours. You don't need to refund.

@InvisibleX After the replace, read the guide carefully from beginning to end.

@A35 What do you mean by 'no scam'? I clearly asked him for a ready account with no sending limit. I was very clear about my needs, but he delivered a fresh, new account that wasn’t even verified with documents. He still can’t prove that he did. I can show you exactly what I meant by an account that has no sending limit and is fully verified with documents. I don’t need his account or any new account anymore — I already created my own on that same day and got it fully verified with documents within a couple of hours. I'm only requesting a full refund.

Finally, justice has been made.
His initial account is restored and verified, but I can definitely hook him up with a new account boss.

You clearly have no concept of the word "scam" and also have any idea how paypal stealths work.
You were the one that was unable to prove that my account was not verified

I delivered a fully working account to you, you limited it, I restored it, but now the admin told me to hook you up with a brand new account, which I'll gladly do. You will receive your new account in 24h maximum.

I'm not sure how @A35 missed this, to be honest. It's strong evidence that you have zero experience with how PayPal works, Saying that the 'Welcome to PayPal' email is proof that the account is verified with documents is just laughable. If @A35 has ever created a PayPal account, he would know that this email is sent instantly after account creation—without submitting any documents. I'm not sure what @A35 thinks about this, but I believe @Artex had a valid point when he told you twice to refund, because he clearly knows you're a scammer.

I will take the account—but only on one condition: it must be fully verified with documents and have no sending limit, just as I asked you from the beginning. If you don't prove that the account received an email from PayPal like the one in this screenshot.

And if I or any admin test the account ourselves to confirm that it still has a sending limit, I won’t accept it in any way. If you can’t prove it, I can show the admins—live or via a recorded video—exactly how to create a fully verified PayPal account with documents and remove the sending limit, including receiving an email from PayPal just like the one shown above.
