On my terms of service what are on my channel (channel what I send before continue with the deal so they can read all), I said what we just send refund in special cases.

I was having days trying have a conversation with this guy, offering a replacement again, because him just got one replacement if im not bad.

and then I got out and that why I delayed answering, I didnt refunded too because I dont got the money from my partner yet too.

So I can send the replacement today, and on my terms said all correctly, what if I dont have more stock, then im refunding, but I can replace it.

You sold OP a UK email:pass base that tested dead, and your own terms of service guarantee a hit rate and promise a replacement for bad data with proof. OP tested it, showed you the batch result, you agreed to refund more than once and even posted an address for it, then spent over two weeks putting it off on your partner. Your reply here does not dispute any of that. The refund is owed.

@Umair post your BEP20 address and confirm once you're paid. @ImLupin send the 80 USDT back within 24 hours and post the txid.
